I thought of Truffaut because Truffaut shot one of his films here ['Mississippi Mermaid']... I was thinking about 'The Story of Adèle H.' or 'Mississippi Mermaid' or 'The Woman Next Door'. It was important for me to be an artist and to have all those films, those images with me when I was shooting 'Jimmy P.'.
